I'd expect someone to make a plug-in or other tool available sometime soon. Ive been using PTLens for many years, but only for buildings, and only for finalised photos.
Give Adobe some time The Camera Raw profiles will work in LR3, but there's no built-in mechanism to download them in 3.0. PTLens is a great product, but I believe it only automatically corrects distortion, not vignetting, which Adobes software is trying to do, right Also, PTLens does not correct RAW files, which is one advantage of using Adobes profile tools in ACR.
